the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. In December 2001,
Robert became Senior Partner of Guillaumes and continues as Senior Partner of Guillaumes Gosling & Wilkinson.

PAMELA HORNER
After many years in the commercial world, followed by a career break,
qualified in 1990, becoming a partner two years later. Head of Litigation
Department. A recognised authority in Family Law, with extensive
experience also in Personal Injury Litigation. Fluent in French
and Spanish from earlier BA graduation days! Member of Law Society
Personal Injury and Family Law Panels.

PENNY STANDEN
Specialises in Family Law with additional Litigation bias towards
the Landlord and Tenant Sector. Seventeen years in practice, principally
with Charles Russell and a new recruit to Guillaumes becoming a
partner in the year 2000 and bringing a large matrimonial client
following, further expanded in succeeding months at Weybridge.

CARL WOLTERS

EMMA NEWMAN
Emma joined Gosling and Wilkinson on qualifying as a Solicitor in May 1999 and became a Partner in 2003. She is a member of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel and an accredited member of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association). Emma specialises in all areas of Family Law including Divorce, Matrimonial finance, Children Pre-nuptial agreements, Separation Agreements and issues relating to Co-habitees.

James qualified in 1981, and has lived for many years in Weybridge. Formerly Senior Partner of Gosling & Wilkinson prior to its merger with Guillaumes creating the current firm Guillaumes Gosling & Wilkinson. He qualified in 1971. Has considerable experience in negotiating and drafting commercial development contracts and currently specialises in domestic and commercial conveyancing, probate and general commercial work.

PAUL GUILFOYLE
A Chartered Accountant, Paul became a Consultant with Guillaumes in
early 2003 to specialise in private client Tax Services. E.g. Completion
of self assessment tax returns, administration and taxation of trusts
etc. With over 20 years fiscal experience initially as a partner
in charge of Personal and Corporate Tax in private practice, progressing
to financial management in the City of London. Paul is admirably
equipped to offer a specialised service to Guillaumes Gosling and Wilkinson clients which
had not been available "in house" until Paul's recruitment.
