Residential Property Management
We have a dedicated team of residential property management specialists, who act for more than 100 residential landlord clients based in London, Surrey and across the UK. We also act for managing agents, right to manage companies, lessees’ associations and individual landlords and tenants of long and short leases.
Our focus is on delivering efficient, cost-effective, tailored solutions to property issues, including:

- assignments, subletting, share transfers, notices, licences and drafting new leases

We work with landlords, managing agents and residents’ committees to provide solutions to their property management issues, including:
- bringing service charge arrears under control
- dealing with difficult tenants
- refurbishment programmes for neglected buildings
- obtaining recompense for mismanagement
- negligence/fraud by former managing agents.
In most cases, we aim to work with lessees to resolve issues they may have with the management of the building. In cases where individual lessees maintain an unreasonable position, we adopt an assertive approach in taking proceedings before the courts and tribunals.
Where the lessee has failed to pay service charges or committed other breaches of covenant, we are usually able to recover our legal fees from the lessee, so often our services are provided at little cost to our clients.
